[Solved] Case dismissed

Hi,

I have had my case dismissed due to non compliance of the orders.

How hard will it be to make a new application in 6 months time? I start a parenting course Feb 23rd so i will go armed and prepared but the woman who works for the courts seems to think it wont be straight forward . do i need to write a letter to the courts explaining why there was a non compliance, she said in certain cases a fresh application can be dismissed also due to negligence in previous hearings

Paul

I have no experience of this, but I would have thought that a letter explaining non compliance would be better accompanying the new application when you do that.
