[Solved] Can someone point me in the right direction

Hi all,

I was wondering anyone could point me in the right direction or share a link to a template or the correct format we should be using with regards to supplying information relating to a financial order to the judge.

At the initial financial hearing the judge requested both parties write explaining what they each wanted with calculations and valuations etc.

We are representing ourselves so do not want to file it incorrectly as this particular judge was like a dragon and my partner was even told off in court for taking his coat off as he sat down because he hadn't asked her permission to do so.

When we were doing the family arrangement order I found lots of templates and guidence on how certain things should be presented or laid out but can't seem to find much online for this.

Thanks Stacey

I think it's called form E, here's some info about it.

Advice Now are a great resource for divorce and family law matters, another good website is Wikivorce.com.

All the best

Thanks Mojo.

We had to do a form E before the first hearing so that bits done. The judge didn't even bother reading it really because it's not part of a divorce so said lots wasn't relevant within it.

The judge has literally now just asked for our calculations and how much we think he should get etc. Maybe we will just lay it out in a letter as I can't find anything that gives a set format.

Thanks
