If someone in a family court case is getting legal aid and they get charged for a dv offence that had been investigated before legal aid was granted could it be withdrawn altogether. Does anyone know please

if you suspect that legal aid was granted based on fraudulent application or should not have been granted, report it to legal aid agency and let them investigate:
