...I’m sorry but that’s not true Bill! They aren’t monitored in the Courtroom, who would decide whether the magistrate was good enough or not?

As Dad-i-d mentioned, if you have a final order and there have been procedural errors in your case, you can ask for permission to appeal, but there is a timeframe of 21 days in which to do it.

It would be advisable to seek some proper legal advice, some solicitors offer a free initial consultation, which might be helpful for you.
