[Solved] can ex-wife claim new wife's earnings?

My ex-wife is Polish and lives in Poland with my daughter who is now 15 years old. I pay alimony, as it is called in Poland, each month of £341, but my ex wants £500. I can't afford to pay what she wants but the Polish courts are insistent. If I remarry, can my ex-wife make a claim on my new wife's income for the alimony payments?

Hi There,
.
The law in the UK says that your future wifes income can't be taken into account, but I don't know how the polish laws work, I would suspect they would work the same as ours as the claim is against you, but I really don't know I would try and take some legal advice.
