Hi all, its my first post,
I was fighting in court for last 3 years to contact with my daughter (privately funded ) is now 3 and half years old.
I nearly paid solicitors 30k.
I try every possible thing to see my daughter, In April 2015 the judge make final order of indirect contact for at least 12 month. It was after the 3 days fact finding. In fact finding judge was female and she completely back ex lies. Judge even ignore the police reports and cafcass recomodation because on finl hearing cafcass recommend 2 months indricet contact following direct contact. I ask to judge for permission to appeal in high court but she refused. Then I apply in court of appeal for permission, in mean time I start sending indirect contact monthly basis after meeting with cafcass officer as it was court order. In October 2015 I find out that ex return the indirect contact she want me to set po box for her, when I ask royal mail for po box set up they told me that only the person who don't want to receive post at there home adress they can set it. So I ask her that you set it and give me address I will send it but she insists that I set it.
I make application for enforcement and in January it was my hearing in front of same judge.
Cafcass was also involved and in the report cafcass confirm that we contact royal mail and po box should be set up by mother but unfortunately judge again goes against me and make order to set it me.
I just want to ask that can I complain about the judge?
Will it affect when I will make new application for direct contact in April because 12 month indirect perid will finsh.
Any idea will be appreciated
Many thanks.
I don't think you can complain about the judge generally, you can appeal a decision under certain circumstances, which it sounds like you have done.
