hello dads, i had cafcass section 7 letter today, dont really no if its good or bad, ive got alligations of dv against me, and harasment, but cafcass letters says, that my ex says ive got mental health issuses, for god sake, shes the ex said loads of things but cafcass also say, that supervised contact whats all this about anybody had same what now, and whats a s pip course, when i go back to court pm me if you need more details thanks chaps
When allegations of DV have been made, the court and CAFCASS will take a cautious approach to the situation and part of that would be to recommend that contact be supervised. It's not unusual and hopefully, it would be for a set length of time, after which contact would progress away from any supervision. It's a long process, but just try and comply with their requests and remain calm and reasonable and things should improve.
PIPS course - I suspect you mean SPIP, which is a separated parents information program. Try this https://www.cafcass.gov.uk/grown-ups/separated-parents-information-programme-(spip).aspx
