So I received the safeguarding letter today.
It seems very fair on a few points but ex is bringing up my partners and daughters health.
The report states at bottom that myself and my ex should go on parent communication course and we should learn to communicate better.
It does not state in there to change the order but says we should agree to something at the first hearing!
Also that they do not need to be involved any further.
Does this mean they are happy for the order to stay as it is?
They just mean that in there assessment there are no safeguarding issues that would need their continued involvement... It also appears that the the only recommendation they're making is for a parenting course, possible the Separated Parents iInformation Programme... Which can be quite helpful.
It's quite usual for both parties to be encouraged to reach some agreements at the hearing, before going into the courtroom.
I've replied to your PM.
Ok so in a sense that is good π
Il have a look at your reply I nice Iβm home.
Thank you
