Cafcass 3 times asked me confirm my date of birth in January 2024. I confirmed through email. But I have been dealing with them since 2021. They sent report to court. When I read it had my date of wrong was the same the mother put on her c100 form also mother wrote on her c100 form my son went back to her on October 31 2023. When she spoke to Cafcass was completely different date she told them August 2023. I have a court order from 2021 for both my sons live with me. I contacted Cafcass about date of my son was wrong. Reply was tell the court.Surely Cafcass read the c100 form and why they not put it on report to court. Plus my other son was not on her c100 form. Cafcass have put in report he should be included. 2nd question I got a court date for 26th March 2024 to attend Colchester and post code was for Chelmsford magistrates court another mix up
I have received a new court date for basildon on 4th June 2024 yet again court letter saying there was an administrative error for last order dated 25th March 2024. Yet again date wrong
hi, suggest you make complaint to cafcass. they should be correcting errors like this.
