Are you any further forward in knowing how you can raise your concerns? You said that you was advised to keep your c100 brief and that you worry about raising them with cafcass will make you look bad. How are you going to progress?

Thanks for the advice. I've been exercising and eating well taking care of things physically. Mentally I'm struggling but I'm close with my family and have good freinds around me.
I'll check out that video and I'm listening to what others are saying who have been through similar situations. Talking helps.
As for the phone conversation well I'll just be myself and answer everything honestly. If asked I'll mention my concerns and stress that I do want to be able to co parent properly and make sure my son has the best life he possibly can. I want to be a big part of it, and I'll do everything I can to make sure I am. I don't want to be a part time dad. I'm being denied my right to be a parent and I hope the people that become involved in this case will allow me to carry on doing what I've done since he was born. I just worry about the timescale involved and how difficult she is going to make things.

it a very difficult thing to deal with loss and grief of loosing your family. hopefully you'll see them soon
