Hi guys,
I have applied for child arrangement order and hoping to receive a first call from cafcass.
I wanted to know what I should be expecting from them in the interview? Type of questions and what I should answer? How long the call will last? I got two boys aged 6 and 2.
Just a background of my situation: my ex accused me of abusive behavior. I have an interim non molestation order. Social service was involved before where they have suggested we shouldn't be together as it will harm children. She gave a long statement half of them is a lie.
Any advise would be helpful. Thanks in advance
hi,
1st call is basic. they will want to know what issues are and talk about how to resolve, what arrangements your seeking. they may mention some allegations your ex made. then they send you a letter about the call, and do police, Social service checks.
@bill337
Thanks mate
