so my parental responsibility order is away im hoping its straight forward then i can finally go to the registry and enter my details on the birth certificate get a copy then frame it in my bedroom my main concern is my ex will still have the old one with only her name on im assuming she will get a letter to say its no longer valid or a letter to say im now added
