ok what type of days and or hours do you guys get with your child ? my childs only 15 months old and mother has made is so hard and i do mean hard for me in lots of ways anything she could do she has and some hurt more than i can say here also do you guys take a child home is this [possible if the mother says no to everthing, why dose it have to be so hard we only want to be,,,,,, dad, thanku
If the Contact Centre visits have gone well and you've got a good CAFCASS report, even if the mother says no, if there are no safeguarding concerns, you should get unsupervised contact. It will most likely be a a hedule that increases slowly, to allow your child to get used to be awaking from the mother, but by the time your little one is two, you should be looking at overnights starting in my opinion. That said, it's impossible to predict what will happen, this is just a general opinion based on what usually happens.
