I have received a letter from the CDA today saying I owe my ex £4588 and they want an immediate payment, I do no have this sort of money and was wanting to pay an exstra £50 a month to pay this off ?
Your first step would be to try and negotiate with them, or possibly your ex to see if you can reach an agreement on how to pay.
