She won’t get far appealing just as she doesn’t like the decision. . All you can do now is stick to orders , make sure you and the kids have a good time and work towards showing the authorities the arrangements work , the kids are safe and Hapoy and that there won’t be an issue if they increase contact .

Got the news her appeal was denied today. Their response was quite blunt and strongly worded. I now just have to wait for the back lash as she is going to be very angry she has not got her way so I am preparing myself for some new made up claims.

Good stuff , hopefully people will start to realise you can’t just make rubbish up and expect the courts to believe it ..
