Hello guys. Can anyone send me a sort of template on how to break down my answers to a 3 page statement please? My Barrister has asked me to get a solicitor to help with the response, but I've rung around and their fees are to high for me to afford. I've printed off the statement of lies, but unsure how to construct my responses.

your barristers responses are disappointing. i hired a barrister for my hearings, he just asked for my inputs and drafted all the documents for me, such as position, witness statements as well as draft court order.
i would suggest you shop around for a better barrister. try the direct access portal:
