Morning to you guys.. I had a call from the police yesterday, the allegations my wife made against me have been NFAd. Good news for me. As I'm innocent. She's obviously been told, as the police man asked if I have driven past the school? I said I have. He said its OK you can, as its not in the non molestation order. However he said, "Devo, if it was me, I would just find another way", as she will just keep phoning in.. I think the police are getting fed up with her. My fear is, now she knows its all been dropped, she will try anything to get me in trouble. She had a dressing down from the judge at the last hearing for not filing and serving on time and date, as did her solicitor.. She had by 4pm yesterday to file and serve again, come 4pm......nothing again. That's now the 3rd time. Question is now its all been NFAd by the police, will the judge still need to test her allegations at my 3 day fact finding hearing in January? I'm in Court on the 15 th of January for a re run of the pre trial hearing as the last one was adjourned, due to her and her Solicitor not arriving on time and not filing anything to court on time. I just don't want the next hearing to be adjourned again, cause of her not filing on time again.. Thanks for your time and help guys.... And on it goes.....

Just keep doing what you are doing, Devo. My ex tried to report me for a breach of the non-mol, i hadn't and the police confirmed that but she tried to tell the courts that I had. Just for good measure, if you can, try not to drive passed the school just in case.

I would imagine at your hearing in January, if your ex has not submitted the necessary paper work again, she will be in a lot of trouble, this will work in your favour, Keep your head up and carry on, you are doing so well up to now, she must be getting nervous now the date is getting closer, so she is trying to make things up again.
