Hi,
Could somebody please help with how i get my current Child Arrangement Order amended?
I have an order that my ex and I agreed when in court last year.
After a bust we made amendments to that order and now have a different agreement in place.
The issue arises that whenever i do something that my ex deems that she does not like then she changes the arrangement, this is the whole reason I took her to court in the first place.
I wish to have our current arrangement agreed and signed off by the courts so that she cannot change it as she sees fit.
Which form needs to be completed; is it the C100 again or a different one?
Do i have to attend and get the MIAM form signed again?
I'm hoping that because i already have an order i can apply for some sort of amendment, although i would presume that we will have to attend court again.
Thanks
Glees
You would need to apply for a variation via the courts and you would use form C100 and to do this.
If you attended mediation more than four months ago, you will need to return and attempt it again, before you can apply for the variation...have a word with the mediator and they may agree to sign off the form.
