[Solved] after readingthe blogs fathers mothers contacts

hi any help would be great had a long rocky road with the x split up 5 yrs ago contact at first was fine but as soon as you dont agree access stops so after 5 years of this i went to see a solictor (going off the subject but legal aid stopping for children is not right if anyone can explain the reason behind that i know if domestic vilonce is involed legal aid can be granted in my case thats not the case ) so around 12 months ago i stared this going down the court road got a solictor the didnt went to court got a 5 week court order of 4 hours per wk then back to court for over night access at weekedns
so after not seeing my children apart from when i ahve turned up and on the off chnace they were playing out no problems there
went to court monday gone access was to start today went to pick children up no sign of anybody can this be right solictor says its a breach any advice would very gratefull many thanks
what happens if they breach the order there seems to be no backing for fathers its so sad

Hi There,

As your court date has only recently happened I would write to the judge that heard the case and inform them that you arrived for contact and that they didn't show, you shouldn't as it's so recent have to apply for an enforcement order I would hope that the judge would at least write to your ex as a minimum and lay down the law.

What advice did you solicitor give.
