Hi there, i live in scotland and have pid maintenance for my 3 kids and never missed one. my last child had decided to leave school in december and is not working, he`s 16.he had a temp xmas job but thats now finished. i stopped paying as i was sure the maintemance should stop when he leaves aducation, he is not planning on going to college or uni. so his mother tells me she still recieves child benefit/tax benefit as he is on voluntary training with the local authority . so just because she still gets benefits do i still have to pay? is she really entitled to the credits? any advise would be appreciated. thank you..
