Do csa consider how much I pay for living expenditure eg morgage bills.

Hi There,

CSA will only really look at your wage when they set an amount, you can gain reductions if you have to travel long distance to see your child/children and it is posible to get reductions if you are paying off joint debts incurred while you were with your childs mother, but they don't take into account your own living costs.

Hi,

I will second that with GTTS.

2 years ago when CSA were first involved they set my rate at my 23k a year wages, if it lowers or goes higher by 25% you must inform them with payslips...since then my wages have lowered and they will adjust accordingly.
