Hi,
Regardless of my past posts just a quick question.
My daughter who is 5 nearly 6 has stated she does not want to talk to me over the phone and not interested in seeing me at the moment. I ve made many mistakes but ive tried to put my best foot forward this time.
If this was to go to court as its all gone back to square one again how seriously will my daughter be taken. The mother claims my daughter has learning difficulties which are nowhere near as bad as she will describe if it does go back to court.
i know they wont ignore my daughter but the mother will equally milk it as much as she can....can anybody tell me what the courts will do;. i know each case is unique so i wont take what you say as what will happen however im stabbing in the dark atm at what would be the likely outcome.
Thanks in advance
Honesty mate looking at your daughters age you will be given contact through the court it's may start at one 8 hour day on a Saturday or straight to every other weekend(standard) court order can last till child is 16 I believe
Courts may listen to the child at age 11/12 but only in extreme cases will contact stop.
Your best bet tho if possible try to avoid court and see if you can find any common ground with the mother,If one day you get her on your side your life will be alot easier and you will sleep better even if you have to pretend you must think long term and staying in there lives in a positive way
