If you think you have a valid complaint and aren't being treated fairly, you can go and see your local MP and ask them for help... they can be very effective in getting your concerns dealt with more appropriately.
How is that helpful? If you've had a bad experience with your own MP, it doesn't follow that others will, in fact there are members that have been helped a great deal with CSA/CMS issues and other things, and I include myself in that.
Yep, I had a lot of help from my MP in my original CSA case about 10 years ago. This is why we advise that you see your MP - there's no guarantee that it will help, but they can certainly try if they think you have a case.
