Solicitor who specialise with CSA issues NEEDED 1 month 2 days ago #86491

Hi All,

Anybody out there that can recommend a solicitor who has a proven track record of taking no good mothers and CSA to court?

Look forward to hearing from you

I can't recall anyone on here using a solicitor to go up against CSA I'm afraid.

I am not qualified in family law, or other area of family matters. I am simply a dad who has been through the mill. Any opinions I give are my own, and any advice should be checked before acting on it.

If you think you have a valid complaint and aren't being treated fairly, you can go and see your local MP and ask them for help... they can be very effective in getting your concerns dealt with more appropriately.

Not legally trained... just plenty of experience and common sense!

How is that helpful? If you've had a bad experience with your own MP, it doesn't follow that others will, in fact there are members that have been helped a great deal with CSA/CMS issues and other things, and I include myself in that.

Yep, I had a lot of help from my MP in my original CSA case about 10 years ago. This is why we advise that you see your MP - there's no guarantee that it will help, but they can certainly try if they think you have a case.

Paul, not everyone has bad experiences, and this site exists to help and encourage people needing information, so comments such as yours really have no place on the forum - please restrain from such comments in the future.
