Originally, my kids were with me 50/50 but their mum reduced the time constantly over the course of a year to nothing. Claimed i was an awful dad, was causing the kids anxiety etc.
I know the s7 must be done by a certain date as ordered by court and date of next hearing but not had anything through from court on next steps. I did a position statement for first hearing but didnt get to use it

cafcass will contact you with next steps. like arranging a date for you to either go to their office for interview, or they may choose to visit your house. if it starts getting pretty close to the deadline for their report and you havent heard from them, then you can ring cafcass office to ask for update.

I had my CAFCASS interview before Christmas so am just waiting for the report from this.
