@bill337 she has already spoken to the mediator and told them that I haven’t upheld my end of the deal and that she wants to just go to court. 

I couldn’t do the first 2 nights out of 3 due to me having no hot water on the house. She wasn’t willing to accommodate me and these teething problems at all and is now using it against me.

Hi

To be honest I don't believe you should be relying on her parents for childcare during times that you are due to have the kids. Therefore she may be right that you are not in a position to have them as you want. After all, your relationship with them could breakdown , especially if your ex has a new partner etc..
