Can anyone offer any advice. I have no formal access rights to my daughter and a few years ago my daughter stopped visiting or contacting me altogether.

I am now in a position where I am desperate to find out how my daughter has done in her exams but my ex wife does not reply to a single email or text.

She is now 17 and I don't know where she is being educated or how she is. Can anyone advise how I could go about finding out.

Many thanks

Hi

I'm afraid mediation and court is out of the question now as your daughter is too old for them to be involved. Assuming you are named on the birth certificate, you could ask her school/college if they would let you know the results - they would almost certainly need your daughter's permission first, but it might be worth a try.
