Hi, I’m new to this forum and I’m just starting to learn about the challenges involved with children when parents separate. I have a very bitter ex-wife and am sure she has coached my children (inadvertently or otherwise) to the extent that my eldest child, who I had a very strong relationship with pre-separation, no longer wishes to talk to or see me.
Enough of that for now as I know I will get him back, although I have had to start contact proceedings to make progress.
For the time being, can anyone signpost me to a “Parenting Apart” programme that I can attend in person in the north west of England please?
Hi there
I’m not familiar with the Parenting Apart Programme, after a quick check, they do have a website where you can leave your details and they’ll contact you.
There’s a good FNF branch in Liverpool/Wirral that might be able to signpost you to other services in your area.

As far as I know a gentlemen called Emlyn Jones runs it and has lots of experience.
All the best
Thank you
You're welcome, it would be helpful if you could let us know how you get on with it. 🙂
