I've had a further thought.  Does she realise how much you love her?  She could be feeling insecure about the relationship.  Whatever you decide a good heart to heart seems to be required.

@champagne hi yes she is fully aware. I've had messages today saying the moment I walk on that plane she doesn't want to see me ever again as I would've chosen a life without her.

She's manipulating you. You should set boundaries, you have children and she should accept it.
