hey cause issues as they interupt family time, All too often you can be out and see families or couples in public places eating or having a drink but instead of talking they are glued to thier phones, Poeple seem to have lost the art of talking and seem to sit with the phones rather than having a conversation.
Facebook as we know from many posts on this forum alone can cause issues where ex's or old school flames have gotten in touch and caused a rift in what was a stable relationship.
I think people are very flippent about what they say when they are sat behind a keyboard so they will be more flirty than they would be face to face of talkin on the phone, so when someone makes contact and flirts through facebook it can easily get out of hand before either party has realised.
