Always feeling alone

I am a married dad of two teenage girls. Obviously, the only male in the home. Oldest is in college, so most of the time its me, my wife and our youngest daughter. No matter if everyone is home or not, I always feel alone. Like its just me. A large part of the issue is my youngest has bad anxiety and my wife sleeps downstairs on the same floor as our daughter. Maybe thats the wrong thing to do, but it is what it is. This has been going on for several years now. It has really affected the relationship between my wife and I. Our daughter has gone through therapist after therapist, but does see a psychiatrist. But I just dont know what to do anymore.

I would speak to your GP, it may well be that you can be referred for counselling yourself, I think that would be a starting point.
