So Toy Story 3 comes out on July 19th !! 😀 Yes my kids are still that young!

If you can't wait till then here is a sneak preview here

Not sure how i feel about Andy growing up though coz when cartoon characters reach their teenage years then man I start to feel old 😉

Saw a piece on BBC about this today - it sounds very sad.

Might have to take my teenager to see it.

Anyone seen a film in 3D yet ? - are they worth the hype ?

My son is looking forward to seeing toy story 3, so I will join the throng once it is out.

I have been to see a couple of animations in 3D. I think it does add a little something to the film, but so far not enough that you would be missing out watching the 2D. The real catch to it is that the kids really seem to love the 3D.

Normal - suck it up and take the missus - if you really want to see it don't drag your teenager along. 😀

First modern 3d film I saw was Beofwulf, about 3 years ago - definitely worth seeing in 3D. Saw Avatar in 3D and thought it was excellent, but a friend got it on Blu Ray and said that the HD experience was better than the 3D.

Of course, 3D TV's are now out, so a lot more 3D stuff will be produced. Glasses are now much better than the blue/red ones of old.

I took the kids to see Alice In Wonderland (Tim Burton's version) earlier this year in 3D and it was well enjoyed but I think it would have still been great if we'd seen it in 2D. So has anyone seen Toy Story 3? We're going for a day out in central London on Saturday and I might take the family to see it then.

i have watch toy story 3 and in my opinion the approach of the story was like UP. Where in as the movie continues and reached its climax lessons are learned from time to time. I guess there will be a toy story 4 since the toys are passed from one user to another. It was a great film and nice story plot.

Took my wife and kids (4 and 6) to see this the other day. I thouroughly enjoyed it as did the rest of the family. Did see it in 3D and not sure it would have added a great deal to a 2D version.

Loved it, loved them all - i know I'm a bigger softie then my little one lol.
Although I wasn't particularly impressed with the 3D as it didn't have enough scenes throughout the film.

I really struggle with 3D - for one it costs more and being a glasses wearer it feels really uncomfortable.
