I took the boy (5yrs) to the cinema last weekend to see Ice Age 3D. It was the first time he has been to the cinema.
Apart from initially not being too sure about the whole 3D thing when it started showing he absolutely loved it.
The 3D glasses were easy to wear and light and fitted over his own glasses without any issue.
The film itself was fun to watch and I suspect I enjoyed myself more than my son. The same usual characters were on hand as from the previous 2 installments and as you would expect it was not as engaging as the first but with the added fun of 3D it was a fairly good time spent for us.
note that the tickets are about a tenner for each adult for these 3D films....
Wasn't jaws 3 in 3D?? Am i showing my age now? π
Have to say we enjoyed the New Harry Potter too - although i took the kids and they felt you did need to know the book to really understand it properly.... a little light bedtime reading for the summer?? Read it together?
