We are all going to see the final installment on Friday - I will post a review afterwards
If you are going to see it then also post your review
What a great film and a superb conclusion to the series - the cinema was packed and the audience clapped at the end
Kids loved it
If you havent seen it then go
Did you watch it in 2D or 3D
I saw it friday in 3D but found the glasses lowerd the contrast of the film even more and made it a bit to dark in places. Dont see the need for 3D with Potter as its a good story anyway and does not need to distract from the story
Haven't seen Part 1 yet!
Saw this in the paper this morning -
At the weekend, every 2D performance of Harry Potter at my local cinema was sold out, and the only tickets to be had were for a 3D showing.
My teenage daughter and her friends refused to see it in 3D and waited until they could see it in 2D. Why? ‘We want to watch a film, not be in it,’ they said.
The young have a habit of confounding those in business who think they’ve found the perfect product to lure them in. Who’d have guessed the teen market would turn out to be so quaintly old-fashioned?

Very Interesting. Avatar I found worked well for 3D but since then ive not been overly impressed with it, I prefer story to style every time, Plus I could see the reflecting of the emergency exit sign in my glasses whilst watching Potter which bugged me
Hi there
No we saw it in 2D - I agree that the picture isnt much better, I also wear glasses and I dont like two pairs at the same time and also it costs £2-£3 more per person and the cinema is expensive enough!!!
