Dear,
Is there anyone here who took the shared parental recently??
My name is Leticia Paiva and I am looking for families that used the new British parental leave legislation. I am a student from Universidade de São Paulo, in Brazil, and visiting at University of Sussex.
I am researching parents’ experience with the parental leave programme, so I would like to interview couples (from different backgrounds) who used the license recently (since 2015). The purpose of the interview is to ask both parents about their experiences with the programme, as well as their relationships, their families, their working life and their relationships with their children. All the information will remain confidential and will be anonymous.
If you decide you would like to take part, I would like to arrange to meet you at a time and place of your convenience. We can also try to carry out the interview by phone or Skype if necessary.
Please get in touch with me if you have any question about the research! I am looking forward to hear from you.
Kind regards,
Leticia
