The Enduring Love? Couple relationships in the 21st century project is a research study based at the Open University that looks at how couples think about and experience their long-term relationships, and the emotional and practical 'relationship work' that they put in to keep these relationships going.
In the study we will be looking at what changes and what doesn’t in the ways couples manage their relationships, including whether being together means different things if you are male or female and whether you have children or not. We will also be looking at the ways that social policies and cultural change shape what it means to be a couple in Britain today and what couples want from their relationship.
The project questionnaire will should give us a lot of information about what different kinds of relationships look like in the 21st Century, and what factors may be associated with different experiences and views.
Have your say and let us know how your relationship works! Why don't you complete the short questionnaire
More details about this project can be found here on The Open University website.
