The Rabbit

This is true, but put it here because it is funny (was to me...... πŸ˜• )

We are growing veg in the garden this year. We have some broccoli in boxes (which kids planted). The neighbours have recently got a rabbit, that comes over and to which the kids (5ys/2ys) have become attached.

Looked in the box with broccoli the other day and all the leaves had gone and I said seriously "Oh no the rabbit has eaten all the leaves from the broccoli".
To which my son responded just as seriously, looking me straight in face, "Don't be silly dad, the rabbit can't get in the box! We took the leaves off and fed the rabbit".
At which point he walks off and says to his sister "Dad thought the rabbit could get in the box!".
