Hello chaps - I'm finally succumbing to modern technology and would like to buy a product that is more than just a phone that rings and receives message. It's not that I am not 'techy' I just couldn't be bothered to learn how to use one...until now. Can anyone recommend something to start me off?

Depends what you want it to do really.

Popular choice is the iPhone these days.

I have a Palm Treo Pro which is a windows mobile phone with touch screen and qwerty keyboard - works very well for me once I'd added decent organiser and profiles software.
