Okay guys, we've seen Scholes and Henry make their comebacks. But who would you most like to see make a comeback (realistic or not) into your favourite teams?

I'll go first - I'd love to see Kenny Dalglish pick himself back for Liverpool. Him and Suarez would make an awesome partnership!

Not sure if anyone watches the masters tournaments on Sky - seeing the old boys playing 5 a side is great and i am sure some of them could still play at a decent level!!

Reminds me of the story I heard a few years ago about a local team playing in a Sunday league - the right back had had a skinful the night before and was hoping for an easy game.

He was up against an ageing Chris Waddle who tore him apart every time he got the ball

Not sure if it is a true story but leaves a great image!!!

I'd say....Stuart Pearce or Teddy Sheringham

Being a life long Liverpool fan i'd also add Dalglish or Keegan to the list

Dennis Bergkamp - one of the greatest players I got to see play football. Majestic on the ball and a top bloke as well.

It's dead easy to add a video - there is a video link (looks like a strip of film) on the format bar when make a post. Add in the link and bob's your mothers brother.

Well, since the orginal posting said we didn't have to be realistic, I'd like to see Ronnie Barker come back - the two Ronnies were a dream team 🙂

You never said it had to be football 😆

Has to be the ability to fit into the jeans I wore when I was 14!!!

Or even 24

I would even settle for 34!!!

I hope it's not going to be as bad as the Gladiators remake...

Don't think I could take that kind of disappointment again 🙁

I'd like to see the old Grandstand make a comeback. I remember Saturday afternoons watching it and watching the rugby with the Scottish commentator (was it Bill Maclaren?) followed by Des Lynam or Bob WIlson doing the scores.

Great days! Then followed by The A-Team of course and Game for a Laugh
