So, the boy from Stevenage came good in the end .. and is the youngest ever F1 champion. But what do you make of the way Glock let him pass him on the last corner? Was he genuinely losing his grip or was he doing Lewis a favour?
Either way, I say Well done to Hamilton - he's worked hard at it all year and is an amazing driver.
We hear a lot of bad things about teenagers from Stevenage, so it's great to hear about someone who has come good. Hopefully he will provide a role model for other youngsters.
I think Lewis's dad Anthony Hamilton is a total star too... sticking with his son and being there throughout..
What an excellent role model they both are for us all, but also for the black community...
In a society where all we hear is negative stuff about young people and absent fathers from the black community i think both are total stars... 😀
This news item has a link to an interview with Lewis where he talks about his motivation, his dad, etc.
Is it just me or does anyone else think Lewis looks a bit like Barack Obama?
