Ok, Was watching one of my fav tv programs the other day - Castle. The relationship that single dad Castle and his daughter has is brilliant.

So that got me wondering what over tv shows or films show dads having a great relationship with their kids or being a great positive influence on their childs life ?

Let's make this a colourful thread - so all suggestions to be accompanied by photo's please.

Gooner

oh oh I got one.

How about the now cancelled but excellent show Lie to me

Single dad (there is a pattern here) Dr. Cal Lightman (Tim Roth) has an excellent relationship with his teenage daughter. They have their ups and downs but there is a real connection between the two and a lot of love.

I wasn't able to find a photo with his daughter in it.

resist actd 😉

actually though slighty off the wall both your suggestions are great:

Mrs Doubtfire was a dad doing his level best (via cross dressing 😕 ) to spend quality time with his kids.

And though very volatile the relationship between Albert and Harold is based on love.

Took me a while. Find the image you want on the internet, right click on it (long press on android tablet) and copy the URL, then on the forum, in the reply box, click on Img at the top and the paste the url into the [img][\img]
