I watch Mo Farrah at the Olympics and saw his daughter come on to the track to share his success and thought it was absolutely fantastic.

Got me thinking about "normal" life and how I share my work successes with my kids and it just doesn't happen! Imagine celebrating with my kids as I nail a presentation to my bosses!!

I just bring my bad mood home with me!

I guess to a certain extent you do share your success's with them, just not as openly, they gain from your good mood when you have a good day, and I'm sure Mo's daughter feel her dads pain when she he hasn't done as well.
