Just been for a five mile run at lunch, seven miles yesterday and footie at 5 tonight.
Getting back in to the swing of it after a ridiculous Christmas break. been feeling so unfit lately, really needed to do something about it.
Anyone else having the urge after waaaaaay too much of a good time during the break?
I'm doing this next month, anyone from Dad Talk fancy giving it a go?
Hi
I am struggling to get back in the routine - before Xmas went to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and have lost over 2 stones in 2 months!!
Only put on 5 pounds over Xmas but have only been twice and need to get back into the habit. Difficult as so much else going on.
Good luck with your run - something I really hate!!
π The name is what attracted me to it!!!
Nah not for charity, just for a laugh.....
Am doing the Great North Run in September for Bliss again this year though, it's my 5th on the trot, trying to break the elusive 2 hour mark in a Superman costume!!
π The name is what attracted me to it!!!
Ironman challenge next then? π
So, I did it!
Still aching and it was nearly a week ago!!!
Thought you might like to laugh at some photos, particularly the last one, which I have to add, is very close to the end.
Anybody fancy joining me next year?
Hey, I was expecting you to be crawling by the end π
