Rugbytots is a fun non contact Rugby based exercise class for girls & boys aged 2 to 7 years.
We regularly feature on Cbeebies as a good activity for children to do.
Rugbytots is the first of its kind; a specifically designed play programme using the multiple skills of Rugby to create a fun and enjoyable environment whilst developing basic core motor skills
Rugbytots Mission: To create a structured, energetic and fun environment, giving children the opportunity to develop core motor skills whilst focusing on Rugby specific activities.

Hi Rugby tots
Do we really need to get our 2-7 year olds to go on an exercise class?? That would certainly put me off although the idea of them learning and enjoying rugby at an early age seems a good one.
