.. cloth nappies???
We have used them on my two children pretty much from the start, and it really surprise me how little is known about them. Its really not the old terries any more, and the money we have saved is amazing, i reckon at least 5k with two children over 4 years. With washing them its simply a case of poo down the loo, then when you have a bucket full bung them in the washing machine, and yep even dad can do this 😆
Be honest dose the the thought of washing them put dads off using them? or looking like a tree hugger, which trust me I am not. Is it something you would consider?? you can eve get free ones to try out.
I'm long past that stage now for my kids, but I think it's a good idea. I think my local council has a scheme to encourage these so it's becoming more of a mainstream idea.
yeah a lot of councils give £30 - £50 vouchers, as a parent using cloth nappies will save them thousands with EU targets. Im intreasted to know if other new fathers would consider using them?
We used them on both of ours and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
As you say, poo down the loo and put it in a bucket. I've no idea how much we saved but we did spend quite a lot trying different ones before we found some that fit and didnt leak! We went with FuzziBunz in the end.
