Hi there
We all know what it is like to juggle a busy career whilst being as hands on as we can. My husband and I are lucky in that we have an amazing nanny (who is also our niece), so its great for us and our daughter as we've kept childcare in the family. That said, its still a challenge - unexpected deadlines / appointments / last minute childcare issues, sickness etc - who phones work as says we're not coming in...
I'm keen to build a picture of how other people deal with working life, what challenges you face and what service improvements could be made to make your life easier when it comes to parenthood and working.
Some of us opt to go freelance rather than be slave to 'the boss' - if so, do you find it easier to work from home, or find a haven to work from. How is easy it to find childcare at short notice...
Really appreciate it if you could complete the survey below, will only take 2 minutes

Be great if you can, big thank you
