How can any parent ( mum or dad) be so reckless. Is a sun tan really worth this ?

Babies of that age should be in the shade at all times, what's the bets it will be blamed on a lack of parenting knowledge rather than plain stupidity !! 😮

Surely common sense should have prevailed

Could be really naughty and suggest that anyone who names their child Cosmo may be a little short of common sense!!!
