Never thought I'd post about the weather but apparently yesterday was the hottest September 29th since 1895. Driving around Cambridge this lunchtime and the car was showing it was 29 degrees. 🙂
As was today the 30th with the potential to be the hottest October day ever tomorrow. It is fantastic just a shame that I was working for the "whole" of summer 2011
May even have an October BBQ - how cool is that!!
Lovely weather this week for the scooter - shirtsleeves and fresh air 😀
I read this as September son first glance Lol
And I really wanted to get my bike out this weekend but the battery was flat and it wouldn't start 🙁 (
Feel sorry for those people who were getting married this weekend - and planned for autumn clothing!!
The photos would have been great though
Keep hearing people say we're going to get snow in October 😮 D
I've heard a few people say that, but no forecast I've seen shows it - it's getting a lot cooler but nothing I've seen has minimum temperatures below about 8 degrees, and in fact is warming up slightly over the weekend. Winds are generally from the west, so no cold air coming from Siberia.
That would be good though 30 degrees and snow in the same calendar month
Who is worried about global warming?
