Have you never seen super scrimpers on TV, this is huge in the US, people buy/take 100's of pounds worth of goods from the supermarkets and spend as little as possible or can even get paid if they use the coupons in the right way, it's mad but I guess if you have the patients and means why not.

There are plenty of people who seem to make a living from competitions as well - the thing is, with any of these, is that you have to put the time in, and it's a matter of working out your hourly rate for the time you spend, vs the amount you could earn for the same time spent. That's assuming you have the option to work extra of course, and also there is the fun factor in beating the supermarkets or winning a competition.

I have just spent clubcard vouchers on the following

Free entry to Alton towers - £34 in clubcard vouchers - would normally cost £158.40 on the day!!!
£240 of restaurant vouchers for our holiday this summer (should do 3 visits) for £60 of vouchers!!

so can't complain there!!!
