Another Bank Holiday weekend is almost upon us. How is everyone celebrating Friday's wedding, or perhaps you're not 🙁

My 14 year old's class were asked by their form tutor who was going to watch the wedding and no-one put their hand up.

A real shame!

As for me I may watch it but as with anything these days it is just over-hyped!

Our dog has just had a major operation so I'm housebound at the moment. Have plenty of other stuff recorded to watch, so I've missed the whole thing. Well so far - my step-daughter has recorded the whole think on BOTH channels so there's 8 hours of wedding stuff yet to watch. Will it never end 😮

Well I did watch the wedding and it wasn't that bad - in fact I felt a sense of patriotism whilst watching.

Loved the flypast especially as they flew directly over my house too!!!

I must confess, I'm not normally into the Royals or weddings but I LOVED watching the wedding. I've never felt so patriotic. I thought it was a great day and whoever was behind the planning got it all spot on!

All together now - "God save our gracious...." okay, maybe I'm going a bit over the top.

It came over our house too, in South Cambridgeshire, we calculated about nine minutes after flying over the palace.

Would like to say a big congratulation to the Queen who is now officially the second longest serving monarch, and to Prince Charles who is now officially the longest serving "next in line"
