after having a mri scan few weeks back its been discovered i have 3 prolapsed discs.
i have been having pain in back and legs for 3 years, docs gave medication and sent for physio, physio has made it worse, i went docs and he just kept saying back muscles arnt very strong.
well lets say the doctors not spotting it has made in alot worse for me.
im awaiting a letter to see a surgeon to discuss options about spinal block followed by a op.
got to have some of my disc removed and it re packed. the people i have spoken to about this say it can be a complete cure, some end up in aid of walking sticks.
during the 6 months recovery time estimated by the consultant today i wont be able to see my kids due to me being unable to do strenuous things.
any ideas how i could work this, as im trying to set up a play with my legal team as to make accsess work.
Very sorry to hear about your back problem, and certainly not helped by a doctor who won't believe there's a problem.
I would say that you should be going for contact at your house - I know you can't do anything strenous, but board games or painting/crafts etc should be feasible I would have through, as long as your partner doesn't mind doing some running around for the children. I can't see that a court wouldn't be sympathetic to your condition and agree to this.
yh i think thats something ill ask for. weather her the nasty ex will go for it who knows, she asking questions as to whats wrong and whats going to happen etc.
ill have talk with my legal team and get ideas
Jut being with the kids will make you feel better - don't have to be strenuous stuff, you may just watch tv or a dvd. I am sure they would love your company and you theres.
Good luck and get better soon
